Mrs. Moore, my poem is "Paul Revere's Ride" by Henry Wadsworth Longfellow. It's my favorite poem, but wanted to make sure that it wasn't too long for the recitation and explanation on Tuesday. Thanks for letting me know, Peter
Peter, the goal was a 10-16 line poem. If you want to tackle the first 16 by memory and use note cards for the rest, that is fine.
DOes our poem need to go in our poem book, and if it doesn't do we give it a border with colored paper?thanks, ashley
