(have you learned to spell this yet?!)
Do not expect to find something in your research that tells you exactly how supply, demand, profit, exports, or any other vocabulary words are related to your entrepreneur. You'll have to use your knowledge of what these items are, to make the connections to your person. Just look for facts that will help you "infer" what yours might have considered or dealt with when he or she was creating and running the business.

Don't forget to use your good writing structure as you put your paragraph together. I am not requiring a specific number of P2, P3 this time, but think carefully about what you will say about your room. What parts have you chosen to describe? Why those? Is there a way for you to tie all the ideas together and organize them?
Don't forget to read and follow the W.I.L.F !!
Friends, just a reminder. If you have a question follow these steps
1. Look at your planner
2. Look at your notes
3, Re-read the directions
4. Call a friend
5. Post a question on the blog
6. Have a parent write a note if you are still stuck.
(notice what is not on this list? :) )
Happy Wednesday, Everybody!

on the wilf it says that for the proper heading you need My Fvorite Room Name. WHat does name mean?
ashley foley #5
Proper heading refers to the way you should present your paper. At the top of any paper you hand it, you should have the subject, assignment/objective, name, number, and date. These are posted on the map right where our baskets are located. The information is also printed for you there on your assignment sheet. 2 on the left, 2 on the right (just put them at the top before your title). Thanks for answering Julia! Happy Hiker!
Mrs.Moore,
On the W.I.L.F, it says to write the simple sentences, the compound sentences, and the complex sentences 2 times more. Does it mean to write it two times more after the first time
does you hook have to follow the order of how you want us to right our paragraph or not
ashley
For the writing, Ben, you should start with a hook. After that, your sentence structure should be Simple, compound, complex, simple, compound, complex, simple, compound, complex. You may add extra sentences at the end if you have more you'd like to say. The extras do NOT have to be in any order.
Mrs. M
Hi Ashley!
Hook comes first, just like it would in any of our paragraphs that we have done.
Mrs. M
what part of speech is my?
"My" is a possessive pronoun.
Mrs. M
Mrs. Moore,
I lost my super sentance starters worksheet and I already called Mikey.
if you can email me them it would help
thank you, from Robbie
Hi Robbie!
Super starters: Infinitive, participle phrase, adjective,
adverb, noun, double/triples. These are on the simple sentences worksheet and in the yellow packet if you need to see examples!
Mrs. M
is sparkling a verb or an adj if used in the seantence sparkling sunshine wakes me up if its a sunny day.
do you want us to use use different conjuctions and fanboys in each sentence?
can you use 2 conjections like because before?
do want to have us to do one double and one triple o just one of them?
Sparkling is an adjective in that sentence.
Mrs. M
No, just use whatever conjunction works!
Mrs. M
Use your Yellow packet if you need help with which words are what type of conjunction. Again, you may choose the conjunction which fits your meaning and which creates the type of sentence you need. (Did that answer your question?)
Mrs. M
You only need to use one double or triple. Good questions. I can tell you are really working hard to follow the directions. Well done, Ashley!
Mrs. M
did you say that we can use 1.5 between the lines?
Yes. 1 1/2 spacing would be just fine.
Mrs. M
does your hook count as on of the 9 sentences
No. If you read the directions carefully, it tells you to create a hook, NEXT, form the 9 sentences.

Mallory!
Sorry you are still feeling ill. Who is your partner? I bet she/he can explain this fits together. The main idea for you was to gather information on your entrepreneur and his/her business which would help you talk about the vocabulary from your textbook as if they had occurred during a conversation with another entrepreneur. I will give you and your partner an extention if you need it. Don't stress! This should be a fun activity. Feel better soon!
Mrs M
Mallory,
Yes, you may type in those colors rather than highlight if you'd prefer to do so. Please choose a DARK yellow, though, or it will be hard for me to read.
Mrs. M
Mrs. Moore,
I still don't really understand how to do skript format.
Ben
Mrs.Moore,
I'm getting confused with the free enterprise part.
Ben
Ben,
Just make the script look exactly like the handout I gave you. One side points out the important parts of the formatting. If you have trouble getting your computer to indent properly, you may write the script out NEATLY instead.
Mrs. M
Ben, for the free enterprise, look at your notes from the video. Use those to give you ideas for your script. You don't have to know exactly what your entrepreneur benefited from free enterprise--just use your notes to help make up how he or she might have benefited. Any facts you've gathered that you can use that are true are super additions.
